Joanie is a seasoned HR Executive with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, specifically with IBM and Fujitsu. She has been responsible for operational and strategic initiatives including coaching, transformation, succession planning, employee relations, recruiting, as well as compensation and benefits, and talent management. Joanie completed both the Life Coaching certification from Edison State College and the Creativity in Business Program adapted from Stanford University's MBA Curriculum.
