Principal Consultant with CNF, Joanie is a
seasoned HR executive with over 25 years of practical HR
experience in the technology industry, specifically IBM
and Fujitsu. Prior to joining Fujitsu, Joanie partnered
with Norrell Staffing, MCI and UT Southwestern Medical
Center on various consulting projects. She has been
responsible for operational and strategic initiatives
including coaching, transformation, succession planning,
employee relations, and recruiting as well as compensation
and benefits. Joanie completed both the Life Coaching
certification at Edison State College and Creativity in
Business adapted from Stanford’s MBA program.
